One thing that stands out among being a member of the Council of Innovative Chefs is the ability to have a platform to show your talents. Member Chef Kurt Stiles has published a book called ‘Cooking to Save Your Life’ and it is truly a work of not just art but of passion!
I’ve been very fortunate to know Chef Kurt for many years and I am very proud to have him as a member of this organization. The CIC will continue to support Chef Kurt in the promotion of his literature and we look very much forward to his completion of his thesis toward certification as a CIC.
